When you’re looking for an EEG technician or a neurologist to come into the clinic on a part-time hours basis or for a temporary assignment to do a specialist task, finding someone with the right skills, experience and availability often when study timelines are not set in stone, can present a clinical trial project manager with a challenge.
Our Approach
At this stage the more information you are able to provide the better. We are morethan happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and respect the confidential nature of your project.
Armed with information about the skills, expertise and qualifications/accreditations you need, roughly over what period and your planned start, we will reach out to our network in order to identify suitable candidate/s. Once we’ve identified a candidate, interviewed them, discussed the work and confirmed their availability, we’ll let you know.
That’s it. Your contract is with The Science Behind CRS, so we take care of sourcing, contracting and managing deployment of each candidate. We will liaise closely with you as the start date approaches and throughout the study to ensure that we can adapt and flex as you need us to.
